WORKSHOP FAQs
Booking Policy
Please find our booking policy terms and conditions below. By purchasing a workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of terms and conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all bookings for public workshops, private workshops, and one-to-one sessions. By purchasing a workshop through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation/Amendment Policy
2.1 If you do need to cancel or change your booking for any reason, (including but not limited to travel issues or illness), please give us seven days notice in writing via email to hello@dulceandflor.com
2.2 For cancellations notified seven days in advance of your workshop, you are eligible for a full refund or can move your booking to a future workshop of equal value.
2.3 We cannot offer refunds or amendments for cancellations with less than seven days' notice. However, you are welcome to gift your place to a friend or family member to attend in your place.
As a small operation, last minute cancellations greatly impact us. As much as we would love to be able, we unfortunately cannot offer exceptions to our booking policy.
A place on any of our courses purchased as a gift carries the same Booking Policy.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment through our website is made via our secure check out pages using secure payment service provider through Shopify. PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Workshop FAQs
Please note that this is a working farm and workshops and pre-booked farm visits are not suitable for children under 18. Family-friendly sessions will be held at venues in London, and we hope to welcome flower enthusiasts of all ages at one of our London workshops.
Once I have booked a workshop, when will I receive the booking details?
You will receive an automated confirmation email from our online shop. I'll be in touch one week before the workshop date with detailed instructions on how to find us and what to bring with you on the day. Please note that the farm workshops are ticketless.
Are there facilities at the farm?
The farm is located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty designation, and as a result has been set up to have the lowest possible impact on the environment. There is a private compost toilet on site, and a stand pipe for hand washing. Due to the limited infrastructure on site, we do not have access to a kitchen for teas, coffees, or refreshments and would encourage participants to bring their favourite non-alcoholic beverage in a thermos.
Dulce & Flor Ltd may cancel any course due to illness or force majeure, and you will have the option to transfer course tuition to another course of the same value or receive a full refund of your payment.
If you would like to cancel a course please email hello@dulceandflor.com.
